Modern Open Concept Living Area

The home owner wanted to create a modern living space that offers an inviting and cozy atmosphere. Although the living space is small, the space was designed to allow for an open and spacious living area.  Several pot lights were added to allow for a brighter living area.  Dimmers were added to the lighting to create ambiance in the evening.  The walls were painted to a lighter colour and new engineered hardwood flooring was installed which gave this living area a brighter and fresher feel.
