Exterior & Interior Improvement of Rental Property

This home was upgraded both inside and out.  The exterior was repainted, new kitchen cabinets and countertop in the upstairs, a new shower surround tile, new cabinets in the bathroom, new vinyl flooring was layed down in the basement and the entire interior was repainted.  The homeowners increased their rental income $ 600 per month from the upgrades.
